Return window
You may request a return up to 30 days after the day your order was delivered.
Condition of items
Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, complete with the original packaging, tags, accessories and any documentation supplied.
Which items can be returned?
Both faulty and non-faulty items are eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, a small number of items cannot be returned. Where this applies, it is clearly stated in the product description.
Return costs
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will cover the full cost of the return.
Change of mind
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, made a different choice or simply prefer something else:
- The return postage is paid by you, the customer
- You are responsible for purchasing and printing your own return label
How to return an item

Get in touch
Email us at info@regietto.com, quoting your order number and the reason for your return. -
Pack the item carefully
Place the item back in its original packaging together with everything that came with it. -
Post the parcel
Choose and pay for a suitable postal service yourself. We recommend a tracked option.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked by our team:
- Your refund will be issued within 14 days
- The amount will be returned to the payment method used for the original order
Exchanges
Happy to swap? We can exchange your item for a different size, colour or another product altogether. Simply contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
