Shipping policy

At Regietto we want every customer in the United Kingdom to enjoy a smooth, dependable shopping experience. To keep things simple from the outset, we offer free delivery on every order shipped within the UK, with no minimum order value required.

Where we deliver

This shipping policy applies solely to deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Processing and delivery times

Orders placed before 11:00 pm (UK time) are processed the same day. Orders received after this time are processed on the following working day.

Processing usually takes 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.

As soon as your order has been prepared for dispatch, it is handed over to one of our partner couriers. Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days.

Most customers receive their parcel within 5–9 working days in total.

To make sure your order reaches you reliably, we work with trusted couriers operating across the UK, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • DPD

Which courier is used depends on the type of shipment and your delivery address.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free of charge on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

There is no minimum spend to qualify for free delivery.

If something goes wrong

Should your parcel be delayed, go missing or arrive damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and work to put things right so that your order reaches you.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
